WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED?
Payment is required at the time of veterinary services.
For planned procedures, our team can provide an estimate and talk you through the expected costs before treatment.
For emergency or unexpected care, we will keep you informed about recommended treatment and costs wherever possible.TREATMENT ESTIMATES
If your pet needs surgery, dentistry, diagnostics or more involved treatment, we will explain the recommended plan and provide an estimate where possible.
Sometimes veterinary treatment can change once we have more information or begin a procedure.
If we discover something unexpected that is likely to change the treatment plan or cost significantly, we will contact you wherever possible before proceeding.
