If your pet is on ongoing medication, a prescription diet or regular food, you can submit a repeat order request using the form below.  Please provide as much information as possible so our team can review and process your request efficiently.

All medication requests are reviewed by the veterinary team before dispensing to make sure the medication, dose and instructions are still appropriate for your pet. Pets on long-term medication may need regular check-ups, typically every six months, particularly if their health, weight or condition has changed. This is not simply about bringing your pet back in. Even a change in weight can affect medication doses, and a physical check can help us pick up changes that may influence treatment.
